In her professional career, she focuses mainly on taxes, pensions and equal opportunities for women and men. From 2018 to 2022, she was Rector of Mendel University in Brno. Since 2018, she has chaired the Fair Pensions Commission, which presented a proposal for pension reform with broad professional and political consensus. In April 2020, together with other economists, she founded the civic initiative KoroNERV-20.
