Emma Quayle is one of the founding members of the Nonviolent Global Liberation (NGL) community, a group of people who seek to organise and live in accordance with the principles of nonviolence. She works as a trainer and facilitator in nonviolent communication and convergent facilitation. Within NGL, she developed the Vision Mobilization transformational framework in collaboration with Miki Kashtan, which is based on the idea that the vision for changing the world that we carry within us can be brought to life within the limits of our capacity in a safe and sustainable manner.
