Ieva Česnulaitytė heads the Research and Education Department at DemocracyNext, a research institute that focuses on civic participation and the implementation of citizens' assemblies in political decision-making at various levels. Previously, she was a policy analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where she worked on innovative ways of civic participation and contributed to several background papers related to deliberative processes and citizens' assemblies.
