Jan Bittner is co-author of the regional economic podcast Škrty. He works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Economics and as a labour market analyst. In the past, he was an economic analyst and advisor to Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka. He is a member of the cooperative publishing house IDEA, for which he co-translated The Doughnut Economics, and the Platform for a Minimum Decent Wage.
