Jan Cibulka is a data journalist working for Czech Radio and iROZHLAS.cz. He writes about security, especially cyber security, the transparency of the public administration and also writes about conspiracy theories. He teaches data journalism and information security at Charles University. He is the recipient of the Journalism Quail award for young journalists under 33, which he received mainly for his persistence in helping to make data accessible to the general public.
