Josef Sklenář is the founder of Sasov Biofarm, which has been operating since 1991 and has been certified as a Recognized Organic Farming Enterprise since 1999. The farm's activities are varied - around twenty different types of crops are grown here every year, it operates a small biogas plant, black-footed pigs from Preštice and beef cattle are raised here, and since 2010, the farm has also included organic pigs. The farm's products have been awarded several times in organic gastronomic competition categories.
