Karel Doleček is a facilitator at NaZemi. He guides collectives in challenging discussions and supports the strengthening of the groups' know-how in participation, facilitation competences and horizontal ways of managing an organisation. Outside NaZemi, he is a lecturer in pedagogical competences and facilitation within the Centre for the Development of Pedagogical Competences (CERPEK) at Masaryk University.
