Kristýna Hrubanová works at NaZemi, where she is currently focusing on group process facilitation. She is interested in exploring conflict as an opportunity for learning and promoting self-management and participation in organisations and institutions. She is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University.
