Lukáš Likavčan is a philosopher specializing in new technologies, ecology, and astronomy. He currently works as a researcher at the Antikythera think tank at the Berggruen Institute in Los Angeles, at NYU Shanghai, and at the Panel for Planetary Thinking at Justus Liebig University Giessen. He is the author of the book Introduction to Comparative Planetology (2019) and works as a consultant for private companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations, such as Waag Futurelab. He has been exploring the philosophical implications of computational technologies for almost 10 years and has published numerous texts on artificial intelligence, the history of information technology in Czechoslovakia, environmental technologies, and logistics infrastructures.
