Lukáš Senft is a documentary filmmaker, writer and anthropologist. He is one of the creators of Film Jako Brno (nominated for the Best Czech Documentary of 2011 at the Jihlava IDFF). He has collaborated with Czech Television as a director and cameraman (e.g. directing Mr. Clean, a documentary portrait of Prime Minister Petr Nečas from the series Expremiéři). He later worked as a journalist and received the Journalist's Quail Award in 2017 for his journalistic work. He received the CASA Award in 2020 for his anthropological study on the return of wolves to the Broumov region. He currently works at the Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
