Matthias Sinnemann is an assistant professor at the University of Münster. His current research focuses on the impact of a four-day working week on employee satisfaction. In addition, he conducts research in areas such as digital nomads and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on employer attractiveness in times of technological change. After graduating from Ruhr University Bochum, he completed a research fellowship at the University of Windsor in Canada and studied at ISCTE Business School in Lisbon and the University of Economics in Prague.
