He works at the Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences and as editor of the experimental journal CEDIT. He works in the Department of Socio-economics of Housing, where he is a researcher on the global housing affordability crisis and its impact on young adults in the Czech Republic. He also works on participatory or collaborative housing and the impact of domestic "smart technologies" on power relations. In addition to his professional work in the field of participatory housing, he is also a member of a group that is trying to create participatory housing in Brno.
