Petra Tajovský Pospěchová writes for Respekt, Heroine, Finmag and Vital, and her main topics of interest include food and sustainability. Her Facebook blog is called Pospěška u plotny. She is the author of Outdoor Cookbook, Regional Cookbook and Atlas of the Flavours of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. After studying sociology in Brno, she started working in gastronomy at the magazine Týden and then worked at Hospodářské noviny on a series about food quality. When she’s not writing, she climbs mountains, sings and organises the Mowing in Stromovka, Cook2help benefit and Neighbourhood Festival in Veselý Žďár events with her friends.
