How can we live a better life in worse times? The Inspirational Meeting is a new programme for collective reflection for all who participate in the festival.
Technological advances have not rid us of wars; they have only transformed the way we wage them. How do we break the seemingly eternal bond between civilization and warfare? New technologies of warfare can replace soldiers in many places – but can we find a way to replace casualties as well? And how can war relate to immunity? Take the opportunity to suggest a topic you feel like discussing yourself. Facilitated by experienced lecturers and tutors from NaZemi, the three-hour informal session will connect the festival audience, expert guests and the wider Jihlava public in this unique format. Be part of an impromptu creative group of people with different backgrounds and different areas of expertise, take the opportunity to propose a topic you personally feel like discussing and come with us to find new bridges between ideas and actions.
